Each product available is strongly recommended to be refrigerated after opening in order to preserve flavor and microbial growth. Because these food products have not yet undergone shelf-life analysis, Cryin' Ryan's Hot Pepper Sauce products must be consumed by the "Best By" date listed on each bottle. Each bottle of sauce is promised to be compliant with the FDA's 21 CFR Part 117 CURRENT GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE, HAZARD ANALYSIS, AND RISK-BASED PREVENTIVE CONTROLS FOR HUMAN FOOD. Each employee directly responsible for the manufacturing of Cryin' Ryan's Hot Pepper Sauce food products is certified by a Better Process Control School recognized by the FDA and USDA in order to fully ensure a safe consumer experience.​
