Sweatah Weathah

I was inspired to make this recipe from my favorite beef chili recipe that calls for a can of pumpkin. I sort of customized my chili by adding some nice poblano peppers to it, and it was a eureka moment! Hot peppers, tomatoes, and pumpkin are meant to be combined! So it goes without saying, this unique sauce is absolutely perfect in chili. I also highly recommend using it to spice up many Indian inspired dishes like chicken tikka masala, coconut lentil curry, biryani, butter chicken, etc. It's so much fun finding what this sauce works with! You also can't go wrong throwing this sauce in your grain or rice and protein bowls, or onto your roasted veggies like butternut squash. I will often make a butternut squash, rice or quinoa, and tofu bowl with some Sweatah Weathah on there, and I'll be a very happy human.
