I think pineapple is amazing, even better with a nice hot green pepper like the serrano. This sauce is simply amazing on many Asian inspired dishes such as pad thai - especially when it contains shrimp, or even on a Vietnamese pork banh mi sandwich, or pork chop rice plate! It's also incredible on white fish for fish tacos, and oh, did I mention shrimp? Bored with your fried rice? Maui owie will give it life and give you a healthy endorphin rush with its seriously hot serranos and orange habaneros. I also love putting this sauce on my Mexican food like pork carnitas tacos and chicken burritos.
