This sauce is especially tasty on Mexican or Latin American inspired dishes. Tacos, burritos, nachos, etc. I also love using it as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders/nuggets, grilled chicken sandwiches, or pouring some right onto a pulled pork sandwich! The apple and tart apricot flavors combine really well with cheese, especially white cheddar. It also works great with avocado, especially for avocado toast or a breakfast sandwich with avocado.
