Transition To Local Sourcing

I am thrilled to announce my recent beginning towards locally sourcing my hot sauce ingredients! Whatley Farm from Topsham, ME was able to seamlessly supply my business with dozens of pounds of hot peppers just before the season closed. I can tell their soil is incredibly healthy based on my first taste of their red Thai chili peppers - these peppers are HOT and beautifully fruity. I love that they are organically grown with the environment in mind. I can't wait for August 2026 when I can re-supply!! In the meantime, I'll be searching for more peppers from organic farms in Georgia and Florida while Maine enters hibernation!
